We were below par Today - maybe a little tired in our 4th game in 8 days but it has been the same for most so no excuses.

The game was played at a slower pace which maybe suited them better than us - having been used to a frantic, up tempo match of late.

It was close for the first 25 mins but we went behind afetr a ball over the top caught us napping and they popped it in with ease.

We were 2 down within 30 minutes as a similar thing happened again and we lost concentration gifting them an open goal.

We improved a little in the seccond half - Danny was getting on the ball and pulling our strings, Matty - who couldnt get there in time to start - came on and gave us an injection of pace and urgency and Ellis took more of a hold in the middle. Ben Pomeroy was causing them problems, first down the right then when I moved him to the left he carried on.

We went 3 down when we allowed them to get a shot away - a great effort Bradley had no chance with into the bottom left hand corner.

This seemed to wake us up and Danny got 1 back - receiving the ball on the edge of the box, backheeling it to Charlie and spinning off to get on the end of the return to finish well with his left foot.

We then allowed another silly goal - allowing the ball to bounce on the edge of our box - failing with a weak header to clear then their player struck a fantatstic effort to make it 4-1.
